Query: Offline on Counter Strike 1.6

Hello,

I have very strange issue. When i start my CS 1.6 server trough the panel the query is offline. That means that my server is working i can connect to it, but cant execute RCON from the panel and can't add the server to favorites in the game. So far i found out that the query is working when i start the server as Administrator user but it is not working when i start the server as SYSTEM user (which is the default when i start the server trough the panel). Is there any way how can i fix this?

Do you use NAT network?

Server should start as gameap user (not SYSTEM user). I think it is gameap-starter problem. I'll fix it.
I'll let you know in this topic when I find problem. Thanks

I'm using VPS KVM so yes, probably NAT.
