Run without CSS

Hi. I installed that on windows VPS, but anything load without CSS
how can fix it?

You can't install GameAP in subdirectory like http://localhost/blabla/blabla/blalba/gameap
You should install GameAP only on domain or subdomain:

Edit host settings, set another port (e.g. 8080)

Not sure if this makes any difference, but given that he is on Windows, this could also be caused by a permissions issue with his files. I've experienced this in the past on my Windows VPS too. Once the permissions were corrected, it resolved the issue for me. Windows is annoying about this when it comes to hosting websites because it doesn't handle them the same way as *nix does. CHMOD in FTP clients also does not normally work with Windows' permissions very well when setting up websites. Windows is very touchy about it.
